My Clients are having FPS DROPS & SLOW BOOTING TIME What should I do?

  1. Go to your server and check your servers network
  2. Open This PC or Recycle Bin, locate the Network on the bottom left side corner of your window, right click then properties.
  3. Once you are in the Network and Sharing Center look for the Connections and click on the Ethernet
  4. Once clicked this should prompt a new window called Ethernet Status, the Speed should be either 1.0 GBPS or 10 GBPS, if the speed is 100 MBPS only, you will have a hard time booting up clients and loading games, We suggest to unplug and plug the LAN Cable from the server and plug it again.
  5. If you already did the method above and still having 100 MBPS connection, you might want to re crimp the LAN Cable on the server or we can setup a site visitation but of course we will charge you a service fee.

The server has 1GBPS/10GBPS connection but still the clients are slow.

  • There are several reasons why clients are being slow, sometimes the client computers LAN Cable is faulty just like the problem above, just do the same steps and it should resolve the issue.
  • Other things is that your WRITEBACK SSD is already faulty, in this case you need to contact us for more investigation to your server so we could have a remote session and check.
  • If we are not the setting technician did your DISKLESS server, this might be a problem from a wrong SERVER CONFIGURATION or UNOPTIMIZED IMAGE, please contact us for more information about this so we could investigate the matter and give you feedback, this is usually free of charge, just create a ticket.
